We do not accept returns. To help reduce unnecessary shipping costs and waste, all sales are final.

Refunds

Customer satisfaction is important to us. While we do not accept returns, we may issue a refund in the following situations:

  • Your order arrives damaged.
  • You receive the wrong item.
  • Your order is lost in transit and confirmed by the shipping carrier.
  • Your item has a manufacturing defect.
  • Your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe due to carrier or supplier issues.

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem (if applicable).

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to complete the refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Ordering the wrong item.
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
  • Normal wear and tear or damage caused after delivery.
  • Requests submitted after the refund request period.
